The Greek Myths are reborn, reincarnated into the modern world and
bound to set chaos on mind-shattering levels. The Gods and Goddesses, the Titans
and even the beasts of old have reawoken in the modern age and only time will
prove that this will not be a good thing.

full name: Alexander Daniel Remington (Zeus) celeb face:Batman Christian Bale member group: Immortal age: 40 likes: Women, laughing, flirting, sex and chocolate dislikes: Faithfulness, beans, technology, the modern age, cheese?
personality:
Both Zeus and Alexander are seen as being joyful men who laugh easily but they both also have a serious side. Their serious sides help them be very fair; with Zeus it was for when the gods came to him for advice or resolutions to problems. They are both also easily angered and when Zeus was mad it was very destructive. He hurled lightning bolts and caused violent storms to cause havac on the earth. Zeus and Alexander also easily fall in love and both have had several affairs with various women.
history:
Alexander was born in New York to a wealthy family, growing up getting anything he wanted. He had a good education though he didn't really stay up to date with technolog because he believed there was no need when you could communicate and do things with it - such as women. Throughout his teenage and adult life he was a bit of a playboy billionaire, though he would never be a Tony Stark or Bruce Wayne, and he had various affairs with women. Perhaps that was why Zeus decided he was suitable as a vessel or whatever it is he became. One day Zeus awoke from death and his spirit searched for a body, their memories combing with each revealing the mysteries of the world. It was at that point that he summoned his messenger, Hermes, and set him out to receive the other gods/goddesses as they Awaken.
hello! my name is matt and i'm excited to be here. i've been roleplaying for about 5+ years years now. other characters on this site that belong to me are n/a. my time zone is GMT. and that's all you need to know about me! oh, and this is what an average post for me looks like:
It wasn't hard to tell that Heathcliffe was being starved as he remained chained up; even though a vampire remained as they were when they were turned, for the most part, it wasn't uncommon for them to change if they weren't allowed to feed. He didn't look his age but he certainly looked old, with the skin almost clinging to his bones and the pale complexion even lighter than it was normally. His dark eyes stared at the floor, unable to find the strength to lift his head to look at the people that surrounded him. They were all getting what they wanted; sooner of later the king would be dead. He could only hope that Corbin was safe. He could let himself go through all of this as long as she was unarmed. "It really is a shame that you couldn't stay with us for longer, Mr. Halloway. Unfortunately, we have been given two choices and neither of them are good for you." His eyes closed for a moment, his body trying so hard not to shut down, knowing he had to stay alive long enough to make sure nobody would harm Corbin. "We've been informed that we can either let you die a slow and painful death down here or we can wrap you up in chains and fly you over to Afghanistan where you will be used as a target for the Taliban. Both of those ideas sound very promising."
Charlotte placed her hand on his chin, making him look at her as she spoke again, "So, what do we do?" One of her eyebrows raised slightly as she moved a little closer, looking straight into his eyes, "do we take all the glory for your death or do we give someone else the chance?" The words weren't even being registered, not fully, all that Heathcliffe was able to focus on was the blood pumping through her body. Now more than ever he craved a drink of fresh human blood but he knew he couldn't; for so many years he had stayed away from hurting humans, only ever drinking blood from bottles or blood bags. How could he go back on that now? "Of course, we could give you up and then just take the glory of killing your wife. I hear she's been driven to insanity, so we'd be doing her a favour." His eyes darkened slightly at the mention of Corbin, staring back into Charlotte's as he continued to try and fight the urge to feed from her. No matter how weak he was, he would always find strength to protect Corbin. "Then again, we could just kill you both. Now that does sound tempting."
Whatever compassion and humanity he had left snapped in that moment, finding the strength to lunge forward and bite into her neck, tasting only a few drops of her blood before finding the strength to smash the chair that he was tied to. The chains fell off him almost instantly and once they did he wasted no time in taking out the people that surrounded him and Charlotte, making sure that they had no chance of shooting him, their heads ripped off and piled in a corner as a dark smirk crossed his lips. For so long he had made sure he wouldn't hurt anyone, practically trapping himself inside the shell he was to call a body, but now he was free and he was angry. Heathcliffe's dark eyes watched as Charlotte stumbled backwards, her hand trying to grab a gun, there was no time for playing around though; his hand had grabbed onto her shirt almost as soon as she had decided to try defend herself. "It seems like it's me that has the choices now. Let you crawl away with your legs broken or drain you right now." There was no humanity left now. He was back to being the killer he had been so many years before; a ripper that wanted to hurt everyone they could. The smirk stayed as he dropped her to the floor, one foot on her throat to hold her down as the other stamped down on her kneecaps, using full vampire strength to make them shatter. The noise in itself was very pleasing to the king.
Once he had shattered every bone in her legs, he folded his arms over his chest and stepped away, smiling down at her as though she was a toy that he was bored with and had just decided to break. "Crawl away, little hunter. Find out how much your alliance really cares about you! They wouldn't think twice about casting you out now that you cannot hunt!" For a moment he stood there, watching as she tried to crawl away, watching the pathetic human desperately try to get away from the man that she had been torturing for months. "Then again, I prefer option two! The cold smirk flickered across his lips once more as he grabbed one of her feet, dragging her back to him before he finally lifted her up of the ground, his hand clutching her shirt as he let her dangle for a second. Heathcliffe had no intention of making this quick and painless; oh no, he wanted her to suffer just like he had done for the months he had been captive. After a few seconds his fangs extended and he proceeded to bite into her neck once more, draining her of all her blood before tearing off her head, throwing it into the corner with all the others. His hand reached up to wipe the remaining blood from his lips as he exited the basement.
--- --- --- ---
A few days later and Heathcliffe was back in New Jersey, stepping out of a black car to look up at the Halloway mansion. He had no regrets now; not for what he had done to Charlotte, not for turning Corbin, and certainly not for killing his parents. He was a changed man, for once he was allowing himself to feel the various emotions that he had fought in the past. For far too long he had been a shell of a man but now he was back to being Heathcliffe Halloway, though even he knew that he wouldn't be exactly how he had been before he had been turned. It was time for a fresh start; just him, his wife and his children. The driver of the car had already proceeded to deliver a letter that Heathcliffe had wanted Corbin to read moments before he entered the building. When he did, he stood there for a moment, watching Corbin as she seemed to hesitate about accepting that he was really back. Finally, she turned and Heathcliffe spoke, "hello Corbin." A gentle smile crossed his lips as he stepped forward and pulled her into a tight hug. "I have been longing for this day, my love. Patiently waiting to return to you. I am sorry." Their eyes met for just a moment as they looked at each other, his hand brushing against her cheek before he finally kissed her.
