personality:

Andrew has been mostly a quiet guy all of his life. But when he moved to the Academy, he stepped out of his own comfort zone and as one of the older students learned to take charge within his group. He always looks out for smaller students and is one of the first to welcome anyone, especially children of Athena. He doesn't like to lose, so when his squad loses a game of capture the flag or any kind of activity he takes the loss personally rather than to any fault of his teammates. He can often be seen wide awake over a desk at four in the morning charting battle plans to the most random incidences, amd is always eager to impress his mother. He's quiet about his personal life before he moved, but other than that he's very social with the other people, and very open about his fury when he sees someone getting tossed around like a ragdoll by the children of Ares.

As a kid, he was bullied throughout his years of school. His parents were filthy rich, his father high up in the Coca-cola business amd his mother a fashion designer. It was something he had always kept to himself, and they never really cared about his life at school, so they never knew. Tey had assumed he had always just gotten into fights when he came home with a black eye or a cut across his nose. And he always did, but he never initiated it. And then, about a year ago, everything changed when he was approached by the most bizarre woman in the middle of the night, a mirage of a woman dressed in battle armor. She introduced herself as Athena, and told him who he was. At furst he ought he was going crazy, he knew deep down that it was all true. So when she presemted the Academy, he told his parents about it being a private university exclusively for people with talent like he had, and they accepted it easily. And so he set out. And once he arrived at the Academy,he immediately set about learning what he could to get ahead of the game. And so he did. Excelling at almost everything he put his hands on, whether that be forging or wielding a spear, shield or bow. He was always trying to win the favor of his patron mother, to get some kind of affection he never had by a parent before. But so far, it's been in vain.
