personality:

Cleo is a very intelligent, somewhat harsh woman. She likes things to be done her way and will do whatever it takes to make it so. Cleo won't tolerate anyone's bull and she will gladly kick your ass if you don't respect her. While she does have quite the temper she has had years to control it and hone it to her advantage. Being the fierce independent person that she is she often finds herself arguing and fighting for control over her body with Athena. The fact that she cannot be in control of her own actions is confusing and terrifying for her. It is basically her only fear and it is taking forever for her to even get used to the fact. 

Athena is strict, strategic, and extremely wise. Her specialties are wisdom and war strategy, so obviously she knows what she's doing. She finds sharing a body to be very cumbersome and is quite annoyed with Cleo. The two bicker incessantly, with Cleo often losing because who could honestly win against an ancient goddess? 

Both women will more often than not think things through and ponder consequences. They are terrifying women to piss off, but the greatest ally you can have. If you stay on their good side they will be more than happy to help you out of a tough spot and lend you guidance.

history:

Cleo came from a military family with a long line of veterans. Her mother was in the military, her father, and so and so forth. While her father was in the army her mother was in the air force. Obviously, they moved around a lot, Cleo often having to stay for long periods of time with her grandparents. After receiving the best education they could get, Cleo passing it with flying colors, she went off to join the army herself.

In the army she was conditioned to be the young woman she is today. She learned new things, saw sights most people can only dream of, and was overall molded into shape. After she returned she attended college to major in architecture (minoring in Military Strategy, of course). With that done and said, she returned to her birthplace of Washington, D.C.

Recently, however, her life has been upended. Athena's awakening has brought about a whole new world of complications. Cleo's entire independence was shattered with the goddess' appearance, and her entire world view was shifted, too. Now she is simply struggling to survive with the goddess without repeatedly bashing her head against the wall.
